About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of Etex's innovative Cedral Facades and Slates products across Northern Ireland. You will engage with a diverse customer base, including homeowners, installers, building contractors, modular companies, builders' merchants, architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors. Your primary focus will be to maximize sales volume, profitability, and growth within your assigned territory, leveraging market intelligence and CRM systems to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to achieve regional targets.
  • Strategic route planning and efficient customer visits to maximize territory coverage.
