• Role Responsibilities: As the 2nd Chef, you will be instrumental in creating varied and nutritional menus, adhering to dietary needs and preferences. You'll also be involved in training and managing the kitchen team, upholding strict COSHH and HACCP guidelines, and managing orders and deliveries.
