Provides support to senior stakeholders across CIB, supporting strategic initiatives with critical insights. Also supports colleagues more broadly across BSM, Product, Origination and Coverage teams with critical reporting and insight. Job Description JOB TITLE: Associate Director, Analytics - Balance Sheet Management LOCATION: London & Edinburgh SALARY: Competitive package HOURS: Full-Time WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites About This Opportunity Client Services Group (CSG) focuses on the financial needs of large corporate clients within Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division. Our purpose-led, disciplined growth strategy builds on our expertise in transaction banking, debt financing and risk management. You'll work within Balance Sheet Management (BSM) function in CSG, leading and contributing to the delivery and implementation of CSG analytics objectives. This includes shaping, developing, driving and embedding analytical tools and providing insights to coverage, product and origination areas as well as into specialist functions in Risk, Finance and/or Treasury (where appropriate). Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Balance Sheet Strategy: Develop meaningful insights to drive and shape the direction of our CIB Balance Sheet. Exhibit strong leadership skills by taking the helm in various initiatives and projects. Stakeholder Engagement-led analytics: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners through effective collaboration. Ensure the development of tools and identification of opportunities align with needs and remain fit for purpose. Roll out of tools to stakeholders through workshops and presentations. What You'll Need Exposure to leading/managing small teams, analytics projects or strategic insights. Collaborating in cross functional teams Managing the expectations of senior stakeholders Structuring and planning small scale pieces of work Coaching, mentoring and upskilling junior colleagues Excellent senior stakeholder management.
