As an Associate Professor in Business Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in advancing research and teaching within this critical field. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Innovate in Research: Plan, develop, and conduct individual and collaborative research, acting as a Principal Investigator on major projects. Explore new research methods and contribute to the advancement of thought and practice in Business Analytics.
• Disseminate Knowledge and Elevate Standing: Establish a national reputation by consistently publishing in leading peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences, and engaging with wider audiences. Actively seek recognition through national and international talent schemes to enhance both personal and institutional academic profiles.
• Inspire and Educate Students: Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of modules, providing curriculum leadership within your area of expertise. Contribute to the design and quality assurance of course modules and programmes, including the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
• Nurture Future Leaders: Supervise and examine undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students, including those on the DBA programme.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• A PhD degree in Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Marketing, or other emerging or interdisciplinary fields relevant to Business Analytics.
• Proven ability to plan and lead the delivery of research and teaching programmes, including experience with DBA programmes.
• A strong publication record in top-tier international journals appropriate for the Associate Professor level.
• The ability and passion to thrive in a multicultural environment and to explore unique research opportunities within China.

• Proven experience in mentoring junior researchers.
