WHAT TO EXPECT

Join JLR as an Audio Visual Technician - Content Production & Events, and become a vital part of our Corporate Affairs & Motorsport department. This team is dedicated to protecting and promoting JLR to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. We manage the communication strategy, ensuring high-quality, integrated, and impactful communications that engage, align, and influence all stakeholders, including the effective management of JLR’s communication channels.

As a member of our in-house Audio Visual team within Internal Communications, you will support all aspects of audio-visual activities. This includes planning, developing, managing, and delivering internal and external communication events, as well as creating videography and photography content for internal customers.

In this role, you will collaborate on a diverse range of events and content with key stakeholders across JLR, including the CEO, board of management, and various functional briefings for employees and retailers. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Deliver and execute film and photography content to the highest standard using provided audio-visual technology, reflecting our company vision - Proud Creators of Modern Luxury Deliver and execute live events in both an in-house auditorium setting and from other JLR locations Deliver and execute virtual events using Teams broadcast capabilities Assist and lead in the effective project management from preparation through to delivery of vlog, photography, and film production, using engagement data to inform success Support video production requests and briefs, including setup (audio, visual, and lighting), shoot, and post-edit production, reflecting our modern luxury organisation

Knowledge, Experiences, and Skillsets

Video and Photography Expertise: Strong capability in working with video, photography, and events Driving Licence: Must possess a valid driving licence Microsoft Teams Live Events: Experience with running live events using Microsoft Teams Events and AV Settings: Experience in events and audio-visual settings, including managing lighting, sound, and broadcast systems Post-Edit Software Proficiency: Proficiency in post-edit software such as Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
