The Product Integration Engineer – BIW is a new role that has been created to lead a transformational shift in performance of the Vehicle Programme Delivery Process Chain and to be an interface between the BIW Programme Leader, External Engineering Service Provider, JLR Core Body Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing functions who are critical supply partners to create and deliver the final completed product.

Ability to work independently and proactively, taking full ownership and responsibility for own work; fully invested in achieving a successful result You view things as a team rather than individual project level, considering the wider team needs Strong interpersonal/communication skills, including ability to manage/lead/support relationships and communicate effectively at all levels Good influencing skills Previous experience and background BIW accompanied with a proven track record of successful delivery of programme delivery Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred / Relevant apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

Demonstrable experience of working in a Project Management role with a track record of successful delivery Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management Methodological approach to work Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Overall knowledge of the BIW system Understanding of the ICREATE process
