As a Back of House Nandoca, you will be at the heart of the kitchen, responsible for expertly preparing and crafting Nando's renowned PERi-PERi meals. • Cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to Nando's exacting standards.
• Setting up, maintaining, and closing down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations.
• Performing deep cleaning duties to uphold Nando's high hygiene standards.
• Adhering to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
