The Beauty & Wellbeing R&D Business Unit (BU) team is responsible for all go-to-market activities for the EU portfolio, including launching new technologies, extending existing ranges, and delivering 5S, resilience, and compliance programs. JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Skin Care Program and Formulation Manager to lead our Skin Care programme and manage the Beauty & Wellbeing Compliance program for Hair and Skin Care. This role requires autonomy, strong people and project leadership, and stakeholder management. RESPONSIBILITIES Skin Care Programme Leadership: Lead the formulation delivery for both innovations and non-innovations (SC support, 5S, compliance, material resilience). Provide technical product information on feasibility for manufacturing and distribution. Deliver non-innovation projects OTIF to drive profitable growth for brands in the cluster. Manage key interfaces with BG (global R&D), Demand Creation, SC, Procurement, and Sourcing Unit. Potentially act as TPL for large/complex projects in Skin Care. Compliance Program Management: Lead the B&W Compliance program for Hair and Skin Care. Oversee delivery through multiple teams and manage communication with BG and BU stakeholders. Lead the cross-functional Task Force and represent the BU on global forums (e.g., Veritas). Team Leadership and Development: Lead the Skin formulation team, managing and developing 2-3 direct reports. Identify and execute relevant technical capability building, including formulation excellence and people development. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with multiple global and regional stakeholders to ensure OTIF delivery. Proactively contribute to the BU R&D Leadership team. Bring a Beauty mindset with a passion for our consumers and customers. ALL ABOUT YOU Proven experience in skin care formulation and program management. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Passion for beauty and wellbeing, with a consumer-centric approach. Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical or material engineering or related areas. Experience: relevant years relevant working experience with a proven track record on project delivery on FMCG, preferably on B&W or PC; experienced in formulation development and assessment; test methodologies; project management; team leadership and line management.
