Job Title: BartenderLocation: Brasserie Constance @ Fulham PierReports To: Bar ManagerJob Overview:We are seeking a highly professional and personable Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Brasserie Constance, A British brasserie, with Michelin Star Chef Adam Byatt at the helm. Taking influence from Constance Spry, our namesake, a pioneering figure in the early 20th Century and creator of coronation chicken.The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience in a sophisticated yet welcoming environment. We are a neighbourhood Friendly restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.Showcasing advanced mixology techniques.Cocktail preparation, presentation, and customer engagement.Manage stock levels to minimize waste.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.Engage with customers, creating a welcoming and interactive bar experience.Handle sales and ensure accurate transactions.Collaborate with bar manager to plan promotions, themed nights, and seasonal menus.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, with experience in high volume cocktail bar/Restaurant/Members club preferred.Strong knowledge of classic and modern classic cocktails.Strong mixology experience, including craft cocktails, flavour pairing, and creative drink presentation.Excellent communication, and customer service skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.Why Join Us?
