Job Title: Waiter / WaitressLocation: Brasserie Constance @ Fulham PierReports To: Restaurant Manager / Head WaiterJob Overview:We are seeking a highly professional and personable Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Brasserie Constance, A British brasserie, with Michelin Star Chef Adam Byatt at the helm. Taking influence from Constance Spry, our namesake, a pioneering figure in the early 20th Century and creator of coronation chicken.The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience in a sophisticated yet welcoming environment. We are a neighbourhood Friendly restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Greeting guests warmly and presenting menus, offering recommendations, and answer questions regarding the menu, wine list, and restaurant offerings.Taking accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions or preferences are accommodated.Serving food and beverages with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and wine pairings to provide guests with expert recommendations.Monitor guests satisfaction, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to requests.Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring the dining area is always clean and tidy.Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of orders and guest satisfaction.Ensure that all guests leave with a positive impression of the restaurant and encourage repeat visits.Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or brasserie is preferred.Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine service is preferred.A strong team playerProfessional appearanceFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Why Join Us?
