  • Strategic Handling of DUA Contracts: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of nominated DUA contracts, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to Coverholders and Underwriters.
  • Team Leadership and Technical Guidance: This position offers a supervisory element, where you'll lead a sub-team, providing crucial technical oversight, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and fostering a motivated and skilled team environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with business producers, as well as Aon's Premium and Claims advocates, to ensure timely processing of premiums and claims.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: You will be involved in the preparation of statistics, including data pivoting and generating up-to-date reports, providing valuable insights for business development.
  • Client and Underwriter Liaison: Providing expert advice on coverage scope and assisting clients and underwriters with clause interpretations are core functions, demanding strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • System Proficiency: While training will be provided for Aon's in-house systems, experience with Lloyd's systems such as DCOM, PPL, Atlas, and Crystal is highly beneficial.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: A strong understanding and adherence to Aon's Risk Management Framework and policies are essential, ensuring the integrity and reputation of the business.
