Key Responsibilities and What You'll Bring:

As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Service Leaders and ensuring the smooth operational functioning of the branch. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential administrative support to achieve business objectives in customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee morale.
  • Overseeing the proper execution of contracts and invoicing, requiring a keen eye for detail.
  • Maintaining professional decorum in all customer interactions, including sensitive complaint handling.
  • Accurately registering and modifying account and contact data, ensuring data integrity over time.
  • Managing time collection tool data, parts orders, and service planning documents to optimize field processes.
  • Maintaining critical databases related to existing installations, technical data, customers, and contracts.
  • Proactively identifying potential customer dissatisfaction and contract cancellation risks, communicating these concerns to management.
  • Interpreting follow-up reports concerning contract renewals, outstanding offers, and overdue receivables.
  • Adhering to all company Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, as well as Schindler's Core Values and legal requirements.
  • Participating in required training sessions and contributing to the company's safety objectives.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Essential for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a must, with proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
