Branch Administrator (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Your main responsibilities

This is a key administrative role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. Working closely with Service Leaders and wider operational teams, you’ll play an important part in ensuring contracts, invoicing, customer data, and internal systems are accurate and up to date. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidence managing multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting both internal stakeholders and customers.

This position is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Support Service Leaders with administrative tasks to achieve business objectives in customer satisfaction, profitability, and employee morale Ensure the proper execution contracts and invoicing Maintain and display a professional decorum in all dealings with customers, especially complaint handling Register and modify non-financial Account & Contact data Responsible for the correctness of his/her entries Account & Contact data over time Maintain and process all Time Collection Tool data including payroll relevant one, parts orders and service planning documents in order to have an efficient field process in Maintenance, Repair and Modernization Maintain all Existing Installation relevant databases, technical database, customer and contract database Maintain vigilance in all customer dealings to detect "Warning Signs" of customer dissatisfaction and possible contract cancellation; immediately communicate all such concerns to line manager Understand and interpret follow-up reports for contract renewals, outstanding offers and past due receivables Other duties as required All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and Schindler Core Values to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group Safety requirements. Employees are required to attend all relevant Training Sessions. Employees are required to carry out all works in accordance with the Company’s Quality Corporate Policy. Employees will be required to contribute to the Company’s Safety Objectives, where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to its Safety Management System.
What you bring
Excellent customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders Great knowledge of Microsoft office Ability to cope with a busy workload Able to work well within a busy team but also independently A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a billing or invoicing role Proficient use of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience is a plus Construction, Services and related industries preferred but not essential
