Branch Assistant (Rexel Cardiff, Rexel Wales, GB)

Our Cardiff Branch is looking looking for Career Driven and Customer Focused individuals to join them.

You will be supporting the Branch Operation with covering a Multitude of Duties, from serving customers on the Phone or Face to Face on the Trade counter, Order picking within the Warehouse & Making deliveries out to our Customers.

Ideally, you will have a passion for customer service and a drive to progress into a Sales Role, where you will be fully supported and trained across best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service A valid UK driving license & being over the age of 21 years old is essential for this role Previous experience in a branch or delivery role is advantageous but not essential Good organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
