What you’ll bring…
Experience in Innovation, ideally front-end Innovation Experience in Innovation Processes. Ideally experience in developing/optimising innovation processes within an organisation Experience in Brand Strategy People management skills - engages and effectively leads a high performing team and has a style of operation that delivers excellent results through people. Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders. An excellent understanding of insight and data to identify opportunities for innovation, create consumer led innovation and commercially measure its success#LI-AP1
