Your role as Brand Innovation Lead
Building the frameworks and tools to support growth of our brands through innovationÂ
Develop innovation capabilities across the organisationÂ
Build and implement frameworksÂÂ
Align innovation thinking with existing strategiesÂ
Support the transition from Gate 4 to scale, ensuring seamless execution and impactÂ
Ensure we apply innovation learnings to new projects
ÂLead and manage innovation work streams to drive business growth.ÂÂ
Identify and set portfolio opportunities, ensuring seamless execution.ÂÂ
Develop and implement upstream innovation strategies.Â
Partner with divisional brand teams to bring innovation to life.Â
Drive innovation initiatives across the portfolio, from concept to execution.
Play a key role in optimising our new transformation brand:Â
Optimise the pilot programme to drive short term trading successÂ
Support function teams in defining next steps and applying key learningsÂ
Translate insights into actionable strategies for future innovationÂ

What youâll bringâ¦Â
Experience in Innovation, ideally front-end InnovationExperience in Innovation Processes. Ideally experience in developing/optimising innovation processes within an organisationExperience in Brand Strategy ÂPeople management skills - engages and effectively leads a high performing team and has a style of operation that delivers excellent results through people.Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders.An excellent understanding of insight and data to identify opportunities for innovation, create consumer led innovation and commercially measure its successÂ#LI-AP1
