Job Description Location: London, GB We’re looking for a Branded Video Editor to help create compelling, culturally relevant and entertaining branded content that resonates with diverse audiences. As a creatively driven storyteller, you’ll thrive in a role that spans a wide range of projects and styles, collaborating closely with Creatives and Production teams. This position works alongside Directors, Producers, Creatives, Post Production Supervisors and other post-production team members, reporting directly to the Supervising Editor. What will you be doing? Edit a variety of complex branded digital video concepts. Collaborate with Creatives, Directors and Producers throughout post-production to meet creative goals and deadlines. Independently cut to the essence of a story and create compelling and entertaining narratives from diverse raw materials. Maintain clear and proactive communication with Post Production Supervisors, Directors, and Producers throughout projects. Actively contribute to discussions on scheduling, creative and technical needs, while promptly flagging any concerns or potential delays. Skillfully address client and internal notes throughout a project. Successfully stay on schedule in a fast-paced, high-volume post-production environment. Complete motion graphics, colour correction, sound design and mix, deliverables and cue sheets as required. When applicable, collaborate with graphics editors, sound mixers, and colourists to complete projects on schedule. Who you are Proven experience editing digital video content for commercial or branded productions. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume studio or media company environment. A well-documented history of working in multiple styles and formats. Strong understanding of editing principles and current digital trends, with an ability to tell a cohesive story. Proficient in Adobe Premiere with advanced capabilities with After Effects strongly preferred. Strong finishing skills, able to handle colour correction, sound mix and motion graphics and the capability to deliver high-quality design and stylised content. Knowledgeable of professional workflows for graphics and VFX, audio mixing, colour correction and online mastering of deliverable assets. A well-documented history of working in multiple styles and formats. Finger on the pulse of viral digital video trends, with a knack for creative, insightful, and comedic timing. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to self-prioritise tasks to meet multiple project deadlines while adhering to best practices. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and perform effectively under the pressure of deadlines. Does this sound like you?
