What Your Day-to-Day Will Entail:

As a Broker, you will be instrumental in the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets, adhering to Aon's established Marketing Strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing submissions and leading quote and follow market broking efforts.
• Presenting terms and solutions to clients and your network.
• Executing Firm Order broking through various channels (e.g., Ebix, wet stamps, email).
• Meticulously recording broking activity in market sheets.
• Reviewing draft and final Market Reform Contracts (MRCs).
• Issuing cover confirmations to clients and the network.
• Providing crucial benchmarking and placement advice to clients.
• Participating in client meetings to understand and address their needs.
• Responding promptly to account queries.
• Establishing and actively managing your client pipeline.
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and relevant policies, including mandatory training and risk management.
