A newly created role, providing Business support to the Head of Global Regulatory and Network Engagement, and the Head of Multinational and the leadership team under both. The role will be to co-ordinate and drive activities across the division, being responsible for monitoring, tracking and leading on actions to support the division to deliver key projects. In partnership with the Head of Functions, Senior Managers and Managers, you will contribute and take a proactive approach in the development and implementation of the function objectives. Day to day activities will include: Provide key briefings for upcoming meetings by collecting and analysing all necessary information Plan and create collateral for internal and external meetings and presentations â liaising with Corporate Affairs as appropriate Build and maintain deep trusting relationships with Head of Functions, Senior Managers, Managers and senior market contacts Make appropriate decisions and using initiative â delegate work to others in the absence of the Head of Functions Provision of comprehensive EA support including diary management Manage flow of emails to Head of Functions - respond, prioritise and facilitate responses as appropriate. Provide broader support for Head of Functions in organising major market wide workshops in support of a range of initiatives. Support the member of the Markets Leadership team in bringing a modern and sophisticated approach to analytics Process and control travel booking, expenses, process invoices and PO, absence management Pro-active preparation of documents such as letters and presentations, e.g. identify queries that require a standard response, and either respond directly or prepare a draft Arrange, prepare and coordinate meetings, events, presentations, and organising major market wide workshops in support of a range of initiatives for the team(s) including agendas, content and venues both internally and externally Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, and support staff. This role requires someone that is highly organised, with a can-do attitude, able to multi-task and prioritise whilst building effective and engaging relationships across the business. It is also essential that you have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information with discretion and in an appropriate manner, whilst supporting the Head of Global Regulatory and Network Engagement and Head of Multinational to achieve their deliverables.
