JOB PURPOSE The purpose of the UPro CD team is to ensure our amazing products are available to our incredible end-users where and when they need them. We must be present when and where our shoppers are shopping. More specifically the role of Upro CD Ops EU will be exciting and rewarding. A key support engine for the BDM team and cross-functional colleagues. You will also be given some direct customer responsibility to get your teeth in to – a wonderful opportunity to really experience the CD business end-to-end. Due to the dynamic of the business the responsibilities and profile of the the role will continue to evolve through time. You will play a key part in building the future of Professional HC. RESPONSIBILITIES Key operational link between Upro CD and internal/external Unilever and Divesrey CD operations to include: Price maintenance (offline and SAP) Promotional / Terms rebate creation, tracking, administration and payments. Customer Service queries. Engage and partner with key stakeholder (UPRO marketing team, UPRO BDMs, UPRO CMI, trade marketing, Homecare BU/CSP teams, Diversey marketing and local business/account leads) to drive exponential channel growth. Own and track Diversey sales-in and sales-out data to find relevant insights and specific opportunities for growth. Take ownership of defined CD country/customer commercial relationships. Location  In June 2020 we announced our plan to consolidate a number of Unilever offices across the South East of England into a new Unilever campus in Kingston-upon-Thames in or around early 2025. However, on the 08 August 2024 we announced to our existing staff our proposal to retain our central Head Office in London, 100 Victoria Embankment (“100VE”) until our lease expires in 2027. As a result of this new proposal, we will be consulting with our existing staff, and new joiners who join during this period of consultation at 100VE, on the proposal made in August 2024. During consultation we will clarify the future location of each team and function. This means your role will either be based in 100VE until 2027 or in Kingston-Upon-Thames from early 2025. As we are yet to commence consultation on the proposal you agree, until such a time when consultation has concluded, your normal place of work as set out in the enclosed Statement of Terms & Conditions will be 100VE.
