The Role: Care Assistant at Shockerwick House
This is a permanent, full-time position working 44 hours per week on day shifts. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing compassionate support to residents with a wide range of needs, ensuring their independence and honoring their choices.
- Observing and managing residents' behaviour with sensitivity, diligently documenting and reporting any changes in line with legislative requirements.
- Assisting residents with their nutritional and hydration needs, encouraging and supporting them to eat and drink according to their individual care plans.
- Facilitating essential physical and mental stimulation through engaging individual and group activities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care plans in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
What We're Looking For:
