The job itself
The team at East Riding Leisure Beverley are looking to recruit enthusiastic receptionists to work on a casual, as and when required basis to deliver a first-class service to all our customers.
Do you have a passion and enthusiasm for working within the sport and leisure industry?Would you like to be part of a friendly team playing an active role within the Leisure centre?The successful applicant will assist in taking bookings, payments and provide the highest level of customer service. They must be confident in handling customer complaints and ensuring a positive outcome. The team use Net Promoter Score feedback and work hard to consistently improve our ratings, including acting upon comments made by the customers. They will need experience of using online booking systems and processing associated payments. They will have good knowledge of IT packages and be confident in using them.
This role is very varied and includes administration tasks alongside the day-to-day reception duties. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to work within this busy and successful centre.
