Your role as a Catering Assistant - Potwash/Dishwash
We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistants to join our Catering Teams at Jubilee Campus.
As a member of our team, you will have a positive and energetic approach and be a colleague that the team look forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals. You will have an eye for detail and aim to deliver the exceptional operational standards required particularly at busy service times.
Based within a busy kitchen on the Jubilee Campus the main duties will include using the dishwashing machine, cleaning pans, general cleaning within the kitchen area and serving food and beverages as required.
Experience of working in both a busy food service area and pot wash/dishwash environment is essential for this role. Further details about the duties and responsibilities can be found on the attached job role profile.
Available Position
Hours of work 36.25 hours per week (7.25 hours each day, mainly Monday to Friday to include occasional weekends) working between the hours 12.15pm-8.30pm for 52 weeks of the year on a permanent contract. Flexibility will be required. This position will attract 20% uplift allowance pay for any hours worked at the weekend.

The successful candidate for this position will be expected to attend statutory training courses and any refresher training required as part of the role. The department have planned training courses throughout the year and there is an option to attend either during a typical week, Monday to Friday or set weekend dates, Saturday and Sunday, within the year.
