Your role as a Catering Assistant (Subway):
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking people, who take pride in their work and enjoy working in fast paced Catering Environments and who have excellent customer service skills to join our team.
Working within our Subway store, main duties for this role will include the preparation and service of a wide range of speciality food and drink items, understanding and adhering to all quality standards, formulas and procedures, clearing tables, using the till and general cleaning within the unit; providing excellent customer service at all times.
As a member of our team, you will be the face of a global brand and have a positive and energetic approach and be a colleague that the team look forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals. You will have a keen eye for detail and aim to deliver exceptional operational service and standards at all times and particularly in demanding and busy service times.
This winning attitude and ability to make delicious sandwiches quickly and efficiently will make you a key member of the team and the reason why customers keep coming back. Experience of working in a similar customer facing environment is essential for this role.

Post 1 – Hours of work are 30 per week, (includes 5 shifts/5 days per week to be arranged mainly Monday to Friday to include occasional weekends) working on a rotation basis between the hours of 7.00am and 7.30pm, on a permanent rolling contract based on a 52 weeks of the year basis.
Important Information- This position is offered, on a permanent basis working throughout the full calendar year, 52-weeks of the year (including outside of term and student vacation periods. Candidates interested in this position need to have full flexibility/availability to work a range of shifts between 7.00am and 7.30pm. Due to business needs this position is rota' to work and support the business on any 5 days within the week/weekends. Full brief on work rota expectations will be given on the interview.
