Role Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Channel Marketing Manager working within a small to medium size group company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive who is looking for the next step in their career.

The successful candidate must have a positive, inclusive and inspirational mindset as you will be responsible for planning and executing the B2B2C Channel Marketing Strategy for the Phonak Nationals & Government, including Roger, channel to support our growth agenda.

About The Role:

Own key industry / launch events from ideation to execution, with support from Marketing Associate, Commercial Marketing. Manage the strategic development and co-ordination of customer-centric, loyalty-based value added marketing programmes. Create and execute lead generation programs to drive revenue. Develop marketing collateral, such as sales enablement tools, presentations and promotional materials. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage external agency relationships to maximise efficiencies. Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing to deliver impactful launch campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution. Act as a core member of the marketing team and take an active part in the definition of the marketing strategy and channel marketing plan. Applying leadership principles on a day to day basis. Establishing self as a key stakeholder and decision maker for the channels. Work with a continuous improvement mindset and put our Sonova values at the heart of everything we do. Monitor and respond to competitor changes, market trends, regulatory changes, and industry challenges. Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all local & HQ colleagues, customers, and partners.
