Your core hours will be Monday to Thursday from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, and Friday from 5:30 am to 12:30 pm. To ensure comprehensive team coverage, you'll participate in a rota system for one weekend in five and one late shift each week (10:00 am to 6:00 pm). This structure allows for dedicated focus during operational hours and contributes to a well-supported team environment.

Reporting to the Senior Team Leader, you will be entrusted with the significant responsibility of leading a team of 12 cleaning staff. Your primary focus will be on upholding and elevating the highest standards of cleanliness and service across the university campus. This leadership role goes beyond supervision, requiring you to:
