A bit about the job: As Claims Relationship Leader, you would be joining the Commercial Lines Claims leadership team within UKGI Claims. You would be leading the Client Claims Relationship team with 7 Claims Relationship Leads across the UK to ensure the delivery of the commercial lines claims proposition. The Claims Relationship Leader would have accountability for the overall relationship with key clients, typically those with bespoke/complex requirements, from a claims perspective. You would be working with senior stakeholders and claims operations teams to grow our Corporate Lines and larger Mid-Market client portfolio, including Multinational opportunities. You would also be responsible for ensuring effective delivery and ongoing development of the Aviva claims propositions through responding to customer and market feedback as well as driving active performance management of the team to assist the Commercial Linesâ business to achieve its targets. Key accountabilities of the role: Drives the the development and delivery of the Client Claims Relationship operating plan to deliver its goals Manages relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for proposition and service improvements Supports projects aimed at developing a market leading claims proposition and the continuous improvement of market relationship and service Skills and experience weâre looking for: Strategic relationship management experience Knowledge of the UK and London Market claims insurance market Knowledge of Property, Casualty, Motor claims operations Leadership and performance management capability Experience dealing with senior stakeholders What youâll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow â is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
