We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the app ecosystem to lead one of our flagship accounts. You’ll need at least two years’ experience across channels such as Apple Search Ads, Google App Ads (UAC), and Mobile Display. Knowledge of App Store Optimisation and Gaming is a plus, but not essential. Purpose of the Role We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-focused multitasker with a solid understanding of agency principles and best practices. In this role, you’ll support the dentsu App Performance & Gaming team by ensuring operational excellence, managing projects, and keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly. . As an Account Manager, you’ll develop strategies, coordinate media partners, and activate campaigns to achieve outstanding performance. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Execute campaigns end-to-end, including account setup, organisation, and ongoing management. Channel Configuration: Manage platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and attribution partners (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch). Creative Oversight: Lead creative initiatives, including specifications and competitive analysis. Client Engagement: Contribute to weekly client calls, reporting, and maintain strong client relationships. Industry Insight: Monitor market trends and translate changes into actionable recommendations. Project Coordination: Plan and deliver campaigns on time, within scope and budget, tracking progress and deliverables. Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign data to optimise performance and provide insights. Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, organise training, and assist with team upskilling. Key Requirements Experience: Proven experience in the mobile app ecosystem, ideally within an agency environment. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch). Analytical Skills: Strong numeracy, detail orientation, and ability to interpret data for optimisation. App Knowledge: Understanding of App Store Optimisation principles and mobile tracking standards. Tools & Communication: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), excellent presentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
