What to Expect in Your Day-to-Day:
- Deliver exceptional client service, working closely with your dedicated Client Servicing Team.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of essential documents like policy documents and invoices.
- Engage directly with clients, underwriters, and colleagues in meetings to deeply understand their business and insurance needs, with a specialization in Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, and Cyber Insurance.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of key client documents, including Service Plans, Renewal Reports, and presentations.
- Communicate settlement terms to clients, manage premium debits and allocations, and support credit control standards.
- Liaise effectively with broking colleagues within Aon's Global Broking Centre and the broader Aon network.
- Take proactive ownership of client issues, driving them to resolution with appropriate support.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and business standards, meticulously updating Aon systems for accurate record-keeping.
- Identify opportunities for programme design improvements and revenue growth for clients, making recommendations to the Client Manager.
