Key Responsibilities and Daily Life:

Your daily activities will be central to ensuring the highest level of service for your assigned clients. This includes:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with Appointed Representatives to ensure seamless brokerage operations.
  • Mastering the end-to-end renewal cycle for your own book of business, providing consistent and excellent service.
  • Negotiating with insurers for renewal terms, managing mid-term adjustments, and handling cover extensions.
  • Processing transactions with accuracy and strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously enhance service delivery.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for revenue development within your client accounts and making strategic recommendations.
  • Staying abreast of potential improvements in client risk and insurance program design.
  • Representing Aon professionally, embodying the company's corporate objectives.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A solid understanding of FCA principles and internal Aon procedures.
  • A good level of technical knowledge across various commercial risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
