We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Client Services Co-Ordinator to join our unique and busy veterinary hospital.
This is a vital front-facing role that requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and organisational skill. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and providing a warm, welcoming experienceHandling and accurately processing client and patient informationIdentifying and resolving discrepancies quickly and efficientlyDealing with incoming calls and emails Processing card and cash paymentsProcessing and sending invoices in a timely and accurate mannerProcessing and sending insurance claims in a timely and accurate mannerLiaising with clinical, non-clinical, and other internal departmentsWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a healthcare or veterinary settingStrong administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systemsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyExperience in basic accounts processesExperience handling insurance claims is highly desirableSuperb communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in discussing sensitive topics with empathy and discretionHighly organised, conscientious, and diligent in your workThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and compassionate team, where your skills and contribution will be valued every day.
Normal working hours will be 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday, covering between the hours of 7.30am to 6.00pm, weekend cover as and when required in consultation with your line manager.
