Job Description: Clinical Educator Staines â Hybrid with a minimum of 4 days on site 12 Month FTC, Full time - 37.5 hours per week Weâre looking for an experienced educator with a strong resuscitation background and accreditation as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor to deliver exceptional training aligned with Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) standards. You will be responsible for delivering and developing clinical education, training, and events for the CTA. Alongside CTA faculty and commercial and operational teams, this role will contribute to the delivery of world class high quality and engaging learning experiences that support our BGIUK clinical community, commercial growth, and Bupa strategic aims. What youâll do Design and deliver high-quality simulation training from concept through to delivery Work closely with clinical stakeholders to develop curriculum, events, and commercial offerings. Deliver training flexibly across the UK, including occasional evenings/weekends. Support innovative learning initiatives, including simulation labs, VR, and immersive digital platforms. Promote psychological safety and best practice in all learning environments. Ensure all training meets regulatory standards and aligns with Bupa values: Safety, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, and Excellence. What weâre looking for Current healthcare professional registration (GMC, NMC, GDC or HCPC) and/or a postgraduate qualification in clinical education. Accredited Advanced Adult & Paediatric Life Support Instructor with proven experience delivering resuscitation training to RCUK standards. Background in clinical education simulation using low, mid, and high-fidelity Manikin. Extensive experience in curriculum design, classroom, virtual teaching, and simulation-based education (including pre- and debriefing methods).
