Opportunity: Collective Training Solutions Manager (Fixed Term Contract - 3 Months)

Babcock International is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Collective Training Solutions Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of defence training. This is an immediate start, full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity with a competitive salary of £112,000 pro rata.

• Deep Defence Expertise: This role is ideal for candidates with a robust background in British Army individual and collective live and synthetic training design and delivery. A strong understanding of defence simulation systems is essential.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience at sub-unit command and at least one SO2 appointment, along with ICSC(L) graduation, are key indicators of suitability.
• Business Winning Acumen: A strong track record in bid and business case writing is crucial for success in this strategic development role.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Your ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, will be paramount.
• Security Clearance: The successful candidate will need to hold or be able to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance. It's important to note that eligibility may be influenced by factors such as place of birth, nationality, and residency.
