Your role as Commercial Analyst

SupportÂthe Commercial Lead on commercial and growth analysis, planning and reporting.SupportÂCommercial Food & Drink Managers toÂImprove performance in respective areas and Input into menu process where necessary.Promotional analysis and review to improve future planning & performance.Work with the Integrated Marketing team to drive wide understanding of reporting options and self-service tools and capability.Improve understanding of data and reporting across the team to drive commercial performance – understand and deliver learning experiences across the whole Marketing Team.

What you’ll bring…Â

Experience with data visualisation tools and demonstrate storytelling ability with data.Commercially aware and able to integrate brands agenda into thinking.Proficient atÂExcel.Experience in working with insights data/teams/agencies and being able to understand and extract relevant findings to help build and explain the commercial overview.Demonstrable experience in analysing and measuring marketing campaigns e.g. organic/paid search, PPC, display, social.Excellent stakeholder management, able to buildÂrelationships with teams & colleagues across the business to develop a data-informed culture across our ways of workingUnderstanding of the hospitality industry is a bonus, with a clear understanding of the marketing customer journey
