Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

In this vital role, you will be instrumental in:

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Leading the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial projections.
  • Performance Analysis: Developing and delivering comprehensive monthly performance reporting, offering granular insights down to SKU level, and refining allocation methods for optimal business performance clarity.
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Playing a crucial part in the financial integration of the IBP process, providing key financial metrics and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Insights: Ensuring a relevant and insightful reporting structure is in place to meet business requirements and foster a broader understanding of commercial performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing enhancements within existing Commercial Finance processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, offering financial support for business projects.

What to Bring to Ornua:

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Qualifications: A Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with proven post-qualification experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in developing and maintaining financial reporting. Familiarity with business intelligence systems is a strong asset.
