Commercial Financial Director

A commercially minded Finance Director working in a multi-site environment. Responsibility for the achievement of the business plan targets with the ability to creatively find solutions to ensure business targets are met. Preparation of monthly rolling forecast and annual budget. Complete responsibility for bid pricing and conformance with Group requirements. Directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer with additional reporting to the President and senior management team.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Responsible for all Finance / Commercial aspects covering the legal entity and business units.Bid pricing and conformance with Group Controls.Contract Financial ReviewReview and validation of monthly management accounts prepared by management accountant Preparation of monthly rolling forecast and annual budgetCommercial support to the Senior Management Team Provide a business partnering approach to the Senior Management TeamWorking closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the appropriate level of stock is held to ensure on time deliveriesFamiliarity with customer contracts ensuring conformance with all requirements. Establish a working relationship with Key Customers
