Your Role!

We have a challenging and exciting role for a customer focused individual to join the West Lancashire Borough Council`s Repairs and Servicing Team. 

You will assist the Compliance Delivery Manager (Housing) to deliver a compliant repairs and voids service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of all relevant legislation, regulation and required guidance is adhered to and that best practice is implemented for heating and water in respect of residential homes owned by West Lancashire Borough Council.

Working as part of the Repairs & Servicing Team you will provide invaluable support to the Compliance Delivery Manager (Housing) to ensure that our statutory obligations are met.

The successful candidate will be overseeing the relevant contractor responsible for heating and water thereby ensuring the delivery of statutory and regulatory compliance.
