To excel in this role, candidates will need a proven track record in delivering projects within technically demanding and regulated settings, with a strong preference for nuclear energy or similar industries. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills are paramount. Proficiency in project management, financial management, and the effective use of scheduling and risk tools are also vital.
Academically, a degree and chartered status in engineering, construction, physics, or a related field are required. Experience with multi-discipline EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management) projects is considered a significant advantage.
