PH Jones are looking for an experienced Contract Mobilisation Support Manager to join our Operational Support Team. This is a hybrid working pattern, both working from home and onsite at our Stockport office when necessary. £45k - £50k per annum (depending on experience) Full-time, 37 hours per week Hybrid working Company Benefits Employee Energy Allowance and discount on HIVE products In this role as a Contract Mobilisation Support Manager, you will support and lead stakeholders of each internal area with any new mobilisations, re-mobilisations due to specification changes and or demobilisation due to end-of-life contracts/projects where appropriate. This includes planning, implementation, monitoring and transitional lifecycles to stabilisation. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Coordinate resources and activities across multiple teams to achieve a successful mobilisation. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation. Assist in implementing operational processes, systems, and tools required for contract delivery. Track mobilisation progress against milestones and KPIs, providing updates to key stakeholders. Support the transition from mobilisation to business-as-usual (BAU), ensuring a clear handover to operational teams. Contribute to lessons learned reviews post-mobilisation and recommend improvements for future projects. When appropriate, provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, ensuring consistency in operational delivery. Development of training material for regulatory led changes and responsibility to update and cascade to trainers/superusers undertaking delivery of the material that impacts the operation Using in-depth business and sector knowledge to provide full onsite or remote support as and when requested by the Operations Senior Management Team to ensure that all business processes are being followed, whilst using the systems and resource to their full potential. Provide third party external development teams with a full understanding of business process and requirements, ensuring delivered changes meet operational specifications. The Person: Experience of bespoke services mobilisations within the Social Housing and/or Housing sector (essential) Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) working knowledge of and demonstrable experience (essential) Awareness & Understanding of Government Incentive Schemes & Grants that impact Local Authority and Housing Associations (desirable) Good understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 & Building Safety Act 2022 â (desirable) A confident understanding of how to translate operational requirements into a business case. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (essential) Working knowledge of Microsoft Project. (essential) Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Operational key performance indicators. Strong conflict management skills. Ability to prioritise deliverables and plan accordingly, within strict deadlines. Developed communication skills to drive behavioural and performance improvement. Ability to provide confident and effective demonstrations and training to both internal and external stakeholders.
