This is a brand new role at The King’s Trust, which offers an exciting opportunity to set up and embed a flagship, high-visibility 7-figure partnership. This partnership will have an incredible impact on young lives through multifaceted engagement with the partner across fundraising, volunteering, programme funding, employee training and marketing. As the dedicated account manager for this partnership, you will drive the strategic direction and vision for the partnership alongside key stakeholders at The King’s Trust and the corporate partner. Key to this role will be delivering engaging communications and stewardship plans to motivate, inspire and engage the partner’s employees with volunteering and fundraising activities. You will also ensure financial targets are met and proactively seek growth opportunities, creating a legacy of support for The Trust’s mission to improve the lives of young people.

Day-to-day, you will work very closely with the Social Impact Manager at the partner to deliver the partnership. You will have a significant presence within the bank, and face-to-face engagement will be critical to the partnership’s success. The successful candidate will be required to work in the office for at least 3-4 days per week. We expect this to typically include the following:

2 days per week at the partner’s London office 1-2 days per week at the partner’s other office locations (UK-wide but likely to include regular travel within 1 hour of London) or The Trust’s South London Centre

You will report to the Head of Partnership Management at The King’s Trust. You will be joining an ambitious, collaborative team of partnership experts, passionate about providing young people with the opportunity to live, learn and earn – creating a better future through jobs and education.
