A role that keeps everyone smiling.Get paid to put a smile of someone's face as a Receptionist in W2 6BD!Be the friendly face of our vibrant corporate site, creating a welcoming start to our colleagues and clients day.A role where youll love what you do.Join a team that values you for being you.What youll do:Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcomingguests with warmth and professionalismShowcase your professionalismas youreceiveincoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departmentAssist in maintaining a tidy and inviting reception areaReplenish stationary stockReport any faults to FM TeamProvide a helping hand withadministrative tasks such as data entry and schedulingBe the sites 'go-to' forproviding information and assistanceAnswer the switchboard and assist callers with their enquiresDeal with visitors/ contractors arriving on site and inform relevant departmentCarry out site inductions for visitorsWhat you bring:Previous experience in a similar role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the keyA positive, energetic and proactive attitude witha passion for customer serviceProficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)Strong organisational abilities and attention to detailTeam playerAbility to fully engage with the 'One Team' ethos and be able to Cross Train in other departments to provide support when cover is neededSIA License is desirableSVQ Level 2 clerical or equivalentWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
