Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service.Showcase advanced mixology techniques and maintain high standards of drink presentation.Prepare classic and innovative cocktails with consistency and flair.Engage with customers to create a welcoming and interactive bar experience.Monitor stock levels and minimize waste through effective inventory management.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.Collaborate with the Bar Manager on promotions, themed nights, and seasonal menus.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume cocktail bar, restaurant, or members' club.Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.Experience in mixology, including craft cocktails, flavor pairing, and creative drink presentation.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.Why Join Us?At Lighthouse Social, we are committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where team members are valued and encouraged to grow.
