This successful candidate will need to engage with multiple stakeholders across all three lines of defense and will work in close partnership with other members of the of the global Customer Protection and Market Practices Risk (CPaMP) Team. The successful candidate will be a flexible, results orientated individual with the ability to deal with a diverse and dynamic portfolio

What you'll be doing:

Support and assist the wider team with Governance and Control responsibilitiesParticipate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to CPaMP risk management as assigned by senior managementSupport the evaluation of new and existing CPaMP related policies to determine their alignment with current controls by identifying discrepancies and control improvementsExecuting improvements in the risk assessment framework with a data driven approach to reach the target stateSupport business stakeholders in conducting deep dives on emerging risk and control gapsDevelopment of effective relationships within multiple stakeholder groups across the Three Lines of Defence

What you'll bring:

Experience with risk and control principles including; risk assessments, controls design assessments, controls operating effectiveness and reporting activitiesStrong execution skills with a focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelinesExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsEffective presentation, communication and facilitation skillsStrong relationship-building skillsStrong work ethic, personal initiative and high degree of professionalismProficient Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
