We have a fantastic opportunity for some enthusiastic and friendly people to join our Customer Service team in Skegness for Summer 2025!
The key focus of this role is to maintain a high level presence on the station, directing and assisting customers as necessary, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
We are looking for candidates with a “can do” attitude, who are excited by the nature of this role, and with experience of working in customer facing or retail roles. Your communication skills should be second to none, as you are able to easily identify with customers needs and pride yourself on delivering the highest level of customer care. We believe that people deserve more than just “good service” but an amazing experience that they’ll never forget. It’s about believing in what you do and creating lasting memories.
We have 3 vacancies available! You will be working 37 hours per week at Skegness station. This fixed term contract running between June 2025 to October 2025.
