Were looking for a Cyber Security Solution Specialist to join our Information Security team and lead the design of secure solutions that protect our business and our colleagues. In this role, youll work closely with our architecture and technology teams, making sure every design is robust, consistent, and built with a security-first mindset.Why this role matters

What youll do
Collaborate with colleagues across Co-op to understand solution design requirements for projects Partner with project, service, and technical teams (e.g., identity, networks, storage, data centres, cloud) to provide a complete view of all security requirements Make sure all designs are coherent, consistent, and secure Support projects through implementation and resolve any issues along the wayWhat youll bring
Experience working across various information security domains (e.g., identity, client, cloud, firewall) A strong understanding of security architecture and design principles Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies Awareness of current trends and technologies in information security Great communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics simple and clearWe know some people may hesitate to apply if they dont meet every requirement.
