Join us as our Data Protection Officer and help shape a culture of trust, safety, and compliance across The King’s Trust and its wider group. In this pivotal role, you’ll be our in-house expert on data protection law, advising on GDPR, handling complex subject access requests, managing data breaches, and helping us build privacy into everything we do. You'll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and external partners, making sure our policies and practices not only meet legal requirements but also uphold our safeguarding-first approach for the young people we support.

We're looking for a qualified data protection professional who thrives on translating legal complexity into practical advice and who can influence, educate, and collaborate with stakeholders at every level. You’ll have experience developing policy, delivering training, advising on data compliance in complex environments, and responding to incidents quickly and confidently. As a strategic thinker and skilled communicator, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to protecting our organisation and empowering our people.

If you’re passionate about data protection and want to use your expertise to make a real difference in a youth-focused charity, we’d love to hear from you.
