Youâll also work closely with a wide range of internal and external partners, helping to align priorities and maximise the value of our insights. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Strong numerical and analytical thinking, with a creative approach to problem solving. Self-motivated and organised, with a passion for continuous learning. Great communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas to different audiences. A degree, MSc, PhD, or equivalent experience in a numerate or scientific subject (or a different path that given you similar skills). Experience working with dataâthis could include statistical modelling or programming in Python, SQL, R, C++, or similar.
