A strong understanding of distributed systems in on-premises environments (private cloud, hybrid solutions) is essential, alongside at least 3 years of experience in this area.
  • Cloud and Automation Expertise: Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform is a must. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, along with solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, are critical for success. Familiarity with public cloud providers like AWS or Azure is highly desirable.

  • Agile Methodology: Active participation in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, is expected, reflecting the team's commitment to iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Skills: While not mandatory, experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), GitOps, and configuration management tools (Ansible) will significantly enhance your application.
