We are actively seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our innovative team. This pivotal role involves guiding a team of skilled software developers and testers in the creation of cutting-edge, data-driven applications. Qualifications and What We're Looking For:

• Extensive Software Development Experience: 10+ years of experience in developing complex applications.
• Strong Design Principles: An excellent understanding of design principles, considerations, and best practices.
• Proven Team Leadership: Demonstrable Team Lead experience leading software engineering teams using an Agile methodology.
• Programming Proficiency: Experience in two or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, and/or .NET (C#).
• Database Familiarity: Experience with databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Build Pipeline Expertise: Familiarity with build pipeline tools and technologies such as GitLab.
• Exceptional Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proactive and Adaptable: A self-starter mentality, willing and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Collaborative Spirit: A true team player, willing to coach junior team members and cooperate on problem-solving.

• Experience in the Geology domain, especially within the Oil and Gas sector.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and/or AI as part of a solution.
