The Digital Activation Hub Team within Reckitt Essential Home is at the vanguard of digital media innovation. They act as a crucial bridge between high-level marketing strategies and their precise execution across various digital platforms. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of campaign performance excellence, leveraging deep knowledge of diverse digital activation channels.
As the Digital Trading Lead, you will be a pivotal figure in driving Reckitt Essential Home’s digital media trading operations. This strategic role centers on campaign activation planning and in-platform buying, ensuring all digital campaigns align with media governance, best practices, and overarching brand marketing objectives. You will serve as the primary escalation point for the Europe & LATAM Consumer Engagement team, adeptly resolving performance issues, addressing financial queries, and continuously refining team processes to meet critical deliverables.
Your leadership will be instrumental in strategically managing team workload, delegating campaign assignments to Digital Media Managers, and identifying resource needs to optimize team performance. By leveraging your expertise, you will significantly enhance operational efficiency, ensuring digital media activations are executed with best-in-class strategic planning, precision, and excellence. This position is key to upholding high standards and fostering continuous improvement within Reckitt's digital media strategy.
Candidates with a minimum of 7 years in digital media buying/planning, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, will be well-suited. A strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and hands-on experience with biddable platforms are essential. Proven success in managing teams, delivering business results, and developing/scaling process improvements across media workflows will be a significant advantage. Key skills include:
