This is a permanent, full-time position with a structured working week and attractive remuneration:

  • Salary: A competitive basic salary of £25,837.50 per annum.
  • Generous Commission: A significant opportunity to boost your earnings, with potential to earn up to £1,400 per month in commission.
  • Location: Conveniently located in Kingston upon Thames (KT2 6LZ).
  • Working Hours: A consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 to 17:30, meaning no weekend work.
  • Hybrid Working: A hybrid working option becomes available post-probation, offering a better work-life balance.
  • Training: Comprehensive, fully paid 2-week training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Your Role and Impact:

As a Direct Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in empowering small businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively engaging with warm leads through outbound calls.
  • Educating and guiding small business owners on how Constant Contact's digital marketing tools can foster growth.
  • Conducting in-depth needs analyses to understand prospect challenges and objectives.
  • Recommending tailored solutions and confidently closing sales.
